Job Description:
- Assist Construction Manager and Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project
- Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors on the project matters
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-cons on the project related matters
- Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those risen during the project execution
- Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection and to ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standard
- Update the project quality plan as and when appropriate
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 ~ 5 years’ relevant experience (preferred with LTA project)
- Construction supervision and planning for projects of similar scale and complexity
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong organization skills and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge in Planning and scheduling of Construction related assignments
- Able to start work immediately or short notice would be an advantage

Job Description:
- Manage and prepare all contract documentations and schedules
- Provide support in the estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender requirements.
- Manage resolution of contractual claims of a wide variety of projects from pre-tender to post-contract stages.
- In addition, you will be responsible for valuation of progress payments, closing of final accounts and implementation of cost control measures as well as other quantity surveying related duties.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Project & Facilities Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years experience in Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management
- Good communication and writing skills
